| Dato' Hanifah Noordin was appointed as the Executive Chairman and CEO of Dibena in 2003. Dato' Hanifah Noordin is a Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant by profession who has over 30 years of experience in accountancy profession. Before joining Dibena Group, Dato' Hanifah Noordin served as the Chairman and managing partner of Ernst & Whiney (now better known as Ernst & Young) for 9 years and as the President of Malaysian Institutes of Accountants (MIA) for 13 years. As the director of several renowned public listed companies in Malaysia, he has vast experiences in the restructuring and management of companies particularly in the ICT industry. |

| Raghbir Singh is the Deputy Managing Director and is responsible in the Smart Card operations of Dibena Group in Malaysia and overseas. With more than 35 years of experiences in the government card industry, Raghbir Singh played a key role in establishing Dibena as the key provider in secure ID solutions providing the national ID solutions to the Malaysia government and to the government of Kingdom of Bahrain. |

| Chew Ben Ben is the Director and Consultant to CEO and is responsible in the business operations and management of Dibena Group of Companies. He has over 25 years of experience involved in public securities, corporate management, restructuring and merge and acquisition activities before joining Dibena Group. Chew Ben Ben held several executive positions in the subsidiary companies of Dibena Group both locally and overseas. |

| Tham Choon Sarn joined Dibena Group in early 2005 as the Executive Director for business operations and development. He is responsible for all fields business operations of Dibena Group including both the smart card personalization business and project management business. Over the last 22 years, Tham held several consultancy and senior management roles with mega corporations like IOI Group and Tongkah Group. |

| Chiu Hooi Yen is the Group Financial controller of Dibena Group. Since joining Dibena Group, she was responsible in the financial reporting, budgetary controls and planning of the accounts of Dibena Group of Companies. Prior to joining Dibena Group, she was the Poftfolio Implementation Associate of United Nations Office for project financial and administrative management and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young Public Accountants for Audit & Advisory Division. |
